About the Event
The Brothers of Omega Psi Phi Inc, Beta Chapter (in conjunction with the B.E.T.A foundation) would like to invite you to come celebrate our 107th Annual Celebration.
As you may know since it’s conception, Beta Chapter of Omega Psi Phi, Inc. has been instrumental in the development and enhancement of Black leaders and contributors within the history of our country. Our annual contributions consist of (list the programs and scholarships of the chapter). We are honored this year to have one of our own, Brother Ariel Lajara, as the keynote speaker who exemplifies a true Omega Man. Ariel Lajara has been a pillar in the Philadelphia community for over 10 years; as a teacher, principle, and now working with the youth as a Superintendent.
It has been trying times during this period of uncertainty. As leaders of today and builders of our future, we feel it is imperative to uphold our standards and traditions whether be far and nigh. We have a great program set up around our four cardinal principles to help educate, and uplift each other mentally, physically spiritually, and financially. We also look forward to honoring every line that ended in ‘1 and ‘6, as well as commemorating each decade thru song, march and/hop (Back when I was on the yard- Vote for Your Favorite Decade of Ques).
Our annual anniversary is one of the biggest fundraisers for our Beta alumni chapter, so the fundraising committee put together a packaged that will not only aide their efforts but will make the ZOOM experience feel even more “in-person”. Please invite family, friends and loved ones to join us as we celebrate 107 years of being 2nd in the fold but first to many, February 6, 2021 at 6:00pm Est.
